Clinton Medical offers the following information to help you understand our policies regarding health insurance and managed care plans.

- Clinton Medical will file your insurance claims for you. To assist us, please make sure you bring your most current insurance card when you come to see the doctor.
|

- Clinton Medical has been a participating practice in the Medicare program for over 30 years. We file all claims for our Medicare patients.
|
|
- In addition to Medicare, Clinton Medical also participates in the following managed care insurance plans:

- Please familiarize yourself with your insurance plan’s guidelines. Like you, we must follow your plan’s rules.

- Also, please know your copay amount. With the number of insurance plans on file and constantly changing plans, it is helpful when you know your copay.
